Guiding Principles

The fundamental guiding philosophy of Capital Christian Ministries International is based on a plan we call the “SURGE PLAN”. This plan defines the dynamic of how we perceive God leading us to establish a ministry that will not be restricted by geographical factors. The Surge plan, as an acronym, stands for: “Strategically Unified Reinforcement of Global Evangelism.”

Definition: Strategy means – “The science of planning and directing military operations.”
Just as the above definition indicates, we will diligently strategize, with the help of the Lord, on how this ministry advances towards the full extent of what God intends to accomplish through us.

“In his heart a person plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps.” (Prov. 16:9)

Definition: “To become united in purpose and attitude.”
We’re called to establish an “Ethnoplex” ministry. We have derived this compound word from two words, “ethnos” (Greek) * people groups, nations and “plectere” (Latin) * to weave, to twine, a network.

“…May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me…”(Jn.17:23)

Definition: “To strengthen (a military force) with more supplies, troops, ships, etc.” Our conviction is that we are entering the mission field with our ministry team to REINFORCE what’s already ongoing in Africa. “The kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful people lay hold of it.” (Matt. 11:12)

Definition: “Worldwide”. We will not allow the success of the Capital Christian Ministries local churches, in the Capital Cities of Africa, to divert us from a continental and global focus.” …you will be my witnesses…to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

Definition: “To convert to Christianity by accepting Jesus as Savior”. In all that we do we remain conscious of the fact that what really matters is that ultimately people are accepting Jesus into their lives. “Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations…teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you…”(Matt. 28:19)
