CCMI Pastors

Pastor Francis Chela has been with Capital Christian Ministries International since November 2007 when he joined the staff as an Associate Pastor. He is the holder of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Theology.

Pastor Chela serves as Transport and logistics Coordinator in the church and also as the liaison pastor with the Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia. His back ground of sales and marketing stemming from his time as a Senior Sales Executive with the then Zambia Airways, helps him with personal interaction with many different people within and outside of the church.

He currently lives in Lusaka, Zambia with his wife, Fastina with whom he has been married to for over 30 years. Together they have been blessed with two boys. He is also a very proud grandfather of two grandchildren, a girl and a boy. He has a passion for farming and enjoys stocking up on a good book or two.

Pastor Harriet Kamuchoma Chitalu has been involved with Capital Christian Ministries International since 1999. She worked as National Director for two years. She has served as Executive Special Assistant to the President, Founder and Senior Pastor of Capital Christian Ministries International from 2001 to date. The position is a Senior Advisory Role.

She also heads Kingdom Empowerment, a ministry that spearheads, fundraising activities and empowering Christians.
Pastor Chitalu is a co-founder of Pentecostal Assemblies of God National Women’s Ministries which was founded in 1983 and she served as National Secretary for more than 8 years.

She holds a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies, Business and Finance from Leeds College of Technology and Park Lane College in England.

Pastor Chitalu has been married for over 40 years to to Mr. Fenwick Chitalu. They are blessed with one daughter, four sons and a lovely granddaughter.
Pastor Chitalu is also a Businesswoman and Farmer. Her passion is encouraging people to serve the Lord Jesus Christ faithfully.

Pastor Norbert Mweetwa is the Pastor of Counseling Ministries and Personal Assistant to the CCMI President. He is an ordained pastor with a Degree in Biblical Theology and teaches Christian Spiritual Formation Classes and Christian Life Care groups (CLC).

He is married to Pastor Jessie and together they have three children. Two girls and a boy. He joined Capital Christian Ministries International (CCMI) in 2003 where together with his wife have been leaders and served as counselors for the youth group called Generation Impact (GI); served on the Men of Promise steering team and many other portfolios.

He is a Telecommunications Engineer by profession. He worked for Zambia Telecommunications Company for twenty-four years. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Christian Leadership at Trans-Africa Christian University in Kitwe Zambia.

Pastor Jenny Amatende is married to Col. Manasseh Amatende and together they have 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys and are also wonderfully blessed with 2 grand children.

She is a nurse by profession, trained as a Zambia Registered Nurse/Zambia Registered Midwife.

She became born again in 1989 May, in Mufulira, Zambia. In 2004 September while living in Lusaka, her family joined Capital Christian Worship Centre and they became members. In January 2006 she went to train as a Pastor at Gospel Training Institute in Zambia and later joined Capital Christian Ministries International as a Full Time Staff member in January 2012 where she is still serving.

Pastor Jenny is also serving as the Prayer and Intercessory Ministries Coordinator, Deliverance Ministries Coordinator and Visitors follow-up Coordinator.

Pastor Jessie Mweetwa is the Business Administrator at Capital Christian Ministries International Headquarters in Lusaka. She is an accountant by profession and a student member of Zambian Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is clearly gifted as an administrator, who uses her knowledge to accomplish goals for the ministry.

She is currently pursuing an ACCA qualification. She was ordained as a pastor together with her husband on the 4th of August, 2013. She has a Degree in Biblical Theology obtained from Trans-Africa Theological College.

She serves on various steering teams within the ministry these being: Business and Finance Advisory (BAFA) team, Women2Women (W2W) and Christian Spiritual Formation (CSF).
